I just finished a 3-4 month stint at the Lord of the Rig. Great group training sessions, with a good balance between strength and cardio exercises. Always got a lot out of each session! Learnt a lot of handy health and fitness tips from Geoff and Arna during my time. Thanks a lot guys. Will no doubt be knocking on the door again when footy finishes up. Highly recommend!
