At Lord of the Rig, we provide small group training sessions, which provide our clients with the perfect opportunity to enjoy a great training atmosphere that keeps you coming back for more. From the training in the gym to the support and education on nutrition and mindset we aim to cover all bases to get people leaner, stronger and fitter than if they tried to go it alone. Where we pride ourselves is our ability to personalize your program and nutrition based on what you need as an individual. You’re more than just a number at Lord of The Rig and you are certainly treated that way with coaches taking time to go through your individual goals and needs on a regular basis and making recommendations that will suit YOU personally.

Personalized Nutrition
Nutrition and lifestyle recommendations based on what suits you best, as well as check-ins with our in-house nutrition coach

Support
You will have access to your own personal trainer to answer any questions that you might have during the program

We provide you with coaches who ensure you are learning at your own pace with correct form and proper exercise progression

Strength and Fitness Testing
See where you are now and compare it to how much leaner, stronger, fitter and more powerful our program makes you

Individualized Training
